The first battle against Daein:

Description: The first real challenge of the game on hard mode. On normal mode this is not too difficult. I have Ike, Titania, Gatrie, Shinon, Rhys, and newcomer Soren. As long as you can keep Rhys and Soren protected against attack, one should be fine. Soren works well as he is a mage so he tends to deal a ton of damage to enemies, though he takes as much damage in return.

New Character: Soren, the tactic driven mage
 Class: Mage (wind type) (Promotes to Sage) 

Soren is the first mage you get in the game. While he is gifted in the art of strategy, tactics, and magic his personality is cold and jerky. He ALWAYS see the worst in everything. This does make him good for finding spies though.

Statwise, he is a wind mage. Super low str, but good speed and great magic. Most people consider him the best mage in the entire game. He does take a while to get there as he starts out pretty squishy and is weighed down by everything. As time goes on though, he does prove himself as one the biggest powerhouses in the game. He can also support Ike for more evade.

Adept

Adept is a skill that randomly lets you hit twice for a single attack. Very powerful!
