Fire Emblem: You Choose the Characters! Prologue: Mercenaries

The very beginning of the game:

Description: As expected, the first chapter is more or less a tutorial and nothing more really. You can lose if you are a complete idiot and forget to heal Ike when the game ORDERS you to heal Ike. Otherwise you get a free level up for Ike and the basics of the game explained to you.

New characters: Ike, the main character
Class: Ranger (promotes to Lord)

The main character of path of radiance and the strongest character ever conceived in a fire emblem game. Taught swordplay by his father, he is to be next leader of the Greil Mercenaries. He has a good heart and loves to eat. He never wishes to lose his friends and will protect them till the end. If he ever falls in battle, you lose the battle and have to restart the chapter.

Statwise, Ike starts out average, but quickly becomes a titan among men. You can play this game and use no one except Ike and beat the game without too many problems. I'm not kidding, he really is just that strong. High Hp, str, skill, speed, def. and all other stats are all at least average bar magic.

Starting stats: lvl 1
Hp19, Str 5, Mag1, Skl 6, Spd7, Luck 6, Def 5, Res 0.

I feel it may be important to discuss what each stat means in this game for those who don't know.
Hp is hit points, if the number ever hits 0 you die.
Strength is physical might, this number is used to determine damage with non-magic weapons and is used to determine a possible attack speed penalty if the weapon weighs too much for your strength to handle.
Magic is magic power, this number determines magic damage and magic healing.
Skill is battle skill, this number determines accuracy with attacks, it also helps with critical hit rate.
Speed is battle speed, this number determines evasion rates and determines if someone can attack a foe twice.
Luck is luck, this stat helps a little with many things including hit rate and evasion.
Defense is physical defense, this stat reduces the amount of damage you take from physical damage.
Resistance is magical defense, this stat reduces the amount of magic damage you take.
Finally level is the current level of the character, as you beat enemies you will gain experience, when the number hits 100 you level up and get random stat enhancements based on percent values. Each character can go up to level 20. When they would hit level 21 they instead promote into a better class, reset back to level 1, and get big stat enhancements. you can then go up to level 20 in this new class.
Ike has to wait for a story moment to promote though.

I will be posting each new character gotten in each chapter and new, updated, stats for each currently viable character. Leave a comment if you have anything you wish to say or have a question about all of this and I will get back too you as soon as possible.
